- If the appropriate fees or required documentation is not submitted in the first 30 days of the date of application, your application is deemed insufficient and not considered for processing.
- Adult visitors must pay a once-off, non-refundable $25.00 charge for a background screening.
- People who want to take phone calls from prisoners are not charged a fee.
- After a decision has been taken, the inmate is informed about the result.
