All phone calls and video chats are recorded and monitored for safety reasons.
Video visits:
- You can have video visits with eligible inmates using a computer, smartphone, or any device with the internet.
- Schedule visits online at least 24 hours in advance through the IC Solutions website.
- Visits last 20 minutes and can happen any day of the week.
- To be eligible for a visit, an inmate must be at the facility for at least 3 days and not be on punishment.
Free and paid visits:
- Each inmate gets one free video visit per week.
- Extra visits cost money.

Inmate Phone Calls
Making Calls:
- Inmates can’t receive phone calls.
- Instead, they can make calls in two ways:
- Collect calls: The person answering pays for the call
- ICS phone account: Inmates can buy minutes for their calling account.
Call limits:
- All calls are limited to 20 minutes
- The phone will automatically hang up after 20 minutes.
Emergencies:
- If there’s a real emergency, a staff member will need to confirm it before the inmate can make a call.

Prisoners can buy up to $100 worth of snacks and things they need each week from a special store called “commissary”. They order their items on Wednesdays and get them delivered on Saturdays.
