Where to go:

  • 24/7: Main Jail Complex lobby kiosks for cash, credit, or debit card.
  • 24/7: Inmate Accounts Office window for bail bond agents only.
  • Daytime: Inmate Accounts Office for cash, money order, or cashier’s check.

What to bring:

  • Cash, credit/debit card, bail bond, or money order/cashier’s check.
  • Valid ID for everyone involved.

Things to remember:

  • It can take up to 5 hours for someone to be released after bail is posted.
  • No releases between 10 pm and 8 am.

Transfer Money

What you can use:

  • U.S. bank checks and money orders: No personal checks! Any amount is okay.
  • Cash: Only for the exact amount you’re depositing, no change is given.
  • Not allowed: Coins or check cashing cards.

How to release money:

  • The inmate needs to fill out a form authorizing the release.
  • You’ll get a debit card or money order for the released amount.

What ID do you need:

  • Everyone involved needs a valid government photo ID (driver’s license, DES card, etc.).

When you can go:

  • Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Inmate Property


  • Inmates get one set of basic clothes from the jail.
  • You can bring them other clothes for court appearances (up to 3 sets if they have a trial).
  • No shoelaces, ties, belts, or underwear in exchanged clothes.
  • Fill out a form to let them receive the clothes you bring.

Other belongings:

  • Inmates can store extra things in the jail.
  • You can pick them up if you’re not an inmate (bring your ID).
  • Pick-up times:
    • Monday-Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM
    • Sunday: 10 AM to 1 PM
  • Don’t pick up within 30 days? The jail gets rid of the stuff.

1. Free in-person visits:

  • You can visit for 30 minutes every week for free.
  • Want to stay longer? You can buy an extra 30 minutes for $9 each day.

2. Online video visits:

  • These are shorter, up to 15 minutes at a time.
  • Each minute costs 25 cents.

Video (Remote) Visitation

  • Your loved one calls you: They don’t need to schedule anything, they can just use the tablet they have in jail to start a video call with you anytime.
  • You answer on your phone/tablet: Just download the “GettingOut Visits” app and make sure you’re logged in with push notifications turned on.
  • It’s like a regular phone call: You only pay for the time you spend talking, and it’s just 25 cents per minute.

Visitation Times

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday through Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Visitation is not available on Federal Holidays.

  • Use the kiosk: When you arrive, find the kiosk in the main entrance lobby and get it done there.

  • Be cool: Avoid acting crazy or anything that could make people feel unsafe.

Inmate Phone Service

  • You’ll need their 9-digit ID number to put money in this account. It’s their regular ID number but with zeros added in front to make it 9 digits.
  • There are two ways to add money:
    • Online at ConnectNetwork.com.
    • Call (800) 483-8314. You can use debit cards, credit cards, checks, money orders, or Western Union.
  • Leaving a voicemail:
    • Dial (520) 448-3426.
    • Choose your language.
    • Enter their 9-digit ID number.
    • Talk after the beep! Your message can be up to 2 minutes long.
    • Each message costs $2 and comes out of their GTL AdvancePay account. No refunds!
